Nwaobi Commends UBA For Resuming Operation In Issele-Uku.

THE member representing Aniocha North Constituency and Majority Leader of Delta State House of Assembly, Hon. Emeka Nwaobi, has commended the manamgement of United Bank for Africa (UBA) for resuming banking operations in Issele-Uku.

Nwaobi said that the news of the resumption of operations by the Bank was well received by citizens of Aniocha North, who understood the importance of a Bank in the local government area.

In his words, “The people had undergone untold hardship over the years just to make financial transactions, adding that the experiences of having to go to Asaba or Agbor to do banking transactions were harrowing to the local people.”

He prayed that such instances that would lead to the shutting down of the Bank would not arise again.

Nwaobi commended every stakeholder who made one effort or the other to see to the resumption of the Bank in Issele-Uku.

He thanked the Chairman of the UBA Group, Mr. Tony Elumelu for ordering that the Bank be opened after a long time of closing up business due to security threats.

Meanwhile, Nwaobi commended the Aniocha North Council Chairman, Hon. Emma Chinye, for his efforts in pursuing and providing the groundwork for the resumption of the Bank while congratulating him and all Aniocha North people for this great accomplishment.
