This initiative was sponsored by a member of the Board of the Delta State Contributory Health Commission (DSCHC), Deacon Sunday Omamofo, of Eruemukohwarien Community, and Comr. Glory Ikinimore of Emevor Community in Isoko North Local Government Area.

In his address, the Director-General of the Commission, Dr. Isaac Akpoveta, praised Deacon Omamofo for his outstanding commitment to improving healthcare access, particularly for vulnerable members of society.
