THE immediate past Chairman Of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Ward 3 in Ika North East Local Government Area of Delta State, Chief (Dr.) Kingsley Osagie, the Okwuezekwu of Otolokpo kingdom, has said that PDP remains the greatest political party in Nigeria.
Dr. Osagie stated this during an interview with journalists in Boji-Boji Owa.
Osagie, popularly known as “Digital Chairman” while thanking party supporters in the area, said that the party remains the best political party in the country.
He used the opportunity to thank all PDP leaders in the local government for their support.
“I’m proud to be a member of the Peoples Democratic Party, (PDP) and I want to use this opportunity to appreciate all PDP members in Ward 3 for the support given to me during my tenure as ward chairman.
“I want to appreciate the immediate past governor of Delta State, Sen. (Dr.) Ifeanyi Okowa, her daughter at the Delta State House of Assembly, Hon. (Mrs.) Marilyn Okowa Daramola for their support and prominent roles in PDP, particularly during the previous election.
“I want to also appreciate our mother, Chief (Mrs.) Mary Agbogwe, the Odaze of Idumuesah Kingdom, Mr. Emeke Asiwe, for their support. I encouraged them to always join hands with us to support Mr. Emmanuel Amufa, our newly elected ward chairman and his executives the same way you people supported me to succeed, “he said.
He also thanked Hon. Chuks Agbomah for his steadfastness and zeal of ensuring that everyone around him was carried along politically.
He used the opportunity to advice Hon. Monday Odigwe to try as much as he can to carry people along by embracing an open door policy that will go a long way in helping him to achieve his desired goals as the Executive Chairman of Ika North-East Local Government Area.
