As a people person nothing gives you joy other than seeing those whom you coached excel in what they are doing. Its a Joy giver, and life booster, but this level of Joy can only be attained by Leaders who are people oriented.

A people person is someone who naturally enjoys interacting with others and has the ability to connect with them easily. They are often characterized by their friendliness, approachability, and strong communication skills. People persons tend to be empathetic and understanding, making it easier for them to relate to others’ feelings and experiences. as a people person you must train those under you patiently on how to go about life, business and carrier; why did i say patiently i said so because some maybe fast learners why others may not be as fast as you may expect. so you have to follow them patiently. you must leave a footprint in the sands of time for them to follow and remember you for good when you are gone.
