THE General Overseer of Victory of Balmstone Ministry, Abavo, Pastor Ndu Konyerinonye, has emphasised that God’s acceptance of thanksgiving is determined by the intentions of the giver, not the material value of the offering.
Pst Konyerinonye made this assertion while delivering a sermon at the Victory of Balmstone Ministry in Ika South Local Government Area of Delta State, during the church’s 2024 annual thanksgiving service held recently.
He affirmed that many clergies today, try to give the impression that God is moved by the quality or quantity of what one offers, is wrong. According to him, God is more interested in the state of one’s heart towards Him, rather than the material things one offered as one can not bribe God who created everything in the first place.
