Izu Declared Wanted Over Struggle For Economic Emancipation

A young Nigerian, Mr. Izu Lucky has been declared wanted by the federal government of Nigeria in what many political analysts have said is part of an ongoing crackdown on those who are not satisfied with the economic conditions in the country.

Izu lucky born in May 1987 has explained that the man-hunt for him is politically motivated as it clearly demonstrates that the government is out to perpetuate bad leadership which has impoverished the citizens and attracted undesirable innuendos such as Nigeria being described as the poverty capital of the world.

Izu saying that he is innocent of the charges brought against him by the government, recalled  that he went into economic struggle to fight for better economic and social conditions for his people as their condition has become despicable, which economists have described as multi-dimensional poverty.

Izu lucky said this led him to break away from a group led by the popular militant leader, John Togo to form his own group known as Empire to enable him align his vision with the economic  liberation of his people.

Izu who was born in May 1987 said all he wanted was to engage with the Nigerian Government on ideas to provide better living conditions in the country but the government turned round to call him a secessionist and declared him wanted on false charges.
