The Executive Director of Projects in Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission, (DESOPADEC), Chief Ebenezer Okorodudu has commended Apex Association of Anioma Indigenes Incorporated (AAAI) on its commitment to addressing societal needs through the promotion of culture in Nigeria.
He made the commendation when executives members of Apex Association of Anioma Indigenes Incorporated (AAAI) Delta State, paid him a courtesy visit in DESOPADEC corporate headquarters in Warri.
Chief Okorodudu stressed the need to preserve our culture, saying that “our culture and heritage are fundamental to human life. It is an important part of who we are and what we identify with as individuals and communities. It serves as the identity of our nation.
“There is a strong interrelationship among culture, language, tourism tradition, growth, progress, and development of our nation.” he said
He promised to inform the board of their request to collaborate with DESOPADEC on their forthcoming summit
The Presiden tGeneral of Apex Association of Anioma Indigenes Incorporated (AAAI), Apostle Patrick Nwanze appreciated Chief Okorodudu for his efforts and support to the group, especially during their event last year
He appealed to DESOPADEC to partner with them in their upcoming events tagged “South-South/South-East cultural and economic summit” which is scheduled for May 2nd and 3rd 2025
