THE Senior Pastor of Covenant Family Church, Pastor Blossom Uzogo has advised well-meaning members of society to invest in the education of young persons in the society.
Pastor Uzogo gave the advice during an evangelism outreach at Sparkling Stars Group of Schools in Asaba.
He said that that is the only way to encourage them to do better in their academics.
The cleric said the visit, which was not the first of its kind, has helped him to contribute financially towards the education of the youth in society.
According to him, education is key towards the development of anybody, hence the need for the support from the Church towards modeling the future of the children
Reciprocating the gesture, the Proprietress of Sparkling Stars Group of Schools, Asaba, Mrs. Nwaogo Gift, who was represented by the Head Teacher, Mrs. Gina Daniel, appreciated the servant of God, whom she said had been a blessing to the pupils and students of the school through his ministration and support.
Nwaogo prayed God to continually bless him and uplift his ministry for his love towards the children in the face of the current challenges in the economy.
She admonished other kind hearted Deltans to emulate the gesture as there were many children out there who needed support for them to enjoy education, because they are constrained by funds.
