…Unveils Scorecard Magazine
As part of its ongoing commitment to recognizing champions of student and youth empowerment, the National Association of Delta State Students (NADESSTU) has praised the Executive Assistant to the Governor on Special Duties, Hon. Collins Ogheneruona Leonard, for his outstanding contributions to student welfare and youth development.
Speaking during a thank-you visit to Hon. Leonard, the president of the association, Comrade Wiska emphasized the importance of recognizing leaders who have shown unwavering support to the association’s administration.
“As part of an effort to appreciate leaders and stakeholders who have been highly supportive of our administration, we paid a thank-you visit to Hon. Leonard. This visit was to express our immense gratitude for his support throughout our administration,” he said.
He highlighted the aide’s consistent financial assistance to over 300 students and his support for various student-oriented programmes.
In appreciation of his contributions, the NADESSTU president presented the Executive Assistant with a roll-up banner and an award of appreciation.
The occasion also marked the official launch of the ‘NADESSTU Like Never Before’ Scorecard Magazine, a publication showcasing the association’s achievements under its current leadership.
Hon. Leonard, visibly pleased with the recognition, expressed his continued commitment to empowering students and fostering educational growth in the state.
