The Solicitor-General and Permanent Secretary, Delta State Ministry of Justice, Mr. Omamuzo Erebe, has urged staff of the ministry to continue to discharge their duties effectively for the overall benefit of the state government and the good people of the state.
Erebe gave the advice in his office in Asaba, while celebrating a surprise birthday anniversary, organized for him by staff of the ministry.
The Solicitor-General of the state, said that he was happy that the staff of the ministry had imbibed the spirit of hard work, stressing that he was impressed with the level of commitment the staff put in the job, particularly in recent time.
He commended them for their support and show of love to him, adding that he was overwhelmed by the honour done him by the staff, who came to celebrate him on his birthday anniversary.
Some of the staff who spoke in an interview described Erebe as a father-figure that has continued to impact on them just as they congratulated him on his birthday anniversary.
Mr Nelson Adams one of the staff in the Ministry said, “ Mr Erebe is a man who knows how to motivate his staff to give their best at all time without supervision”
“For the first time since I started working, I have come to discover a man who has a benevolent spirit and the milk of human kindness in him, such that he affects lives positively no matter who you are”
Also, Mrs Happy Ovili, a Director in the Ministry, who spoke on the personality of Mr Omamuzo, said ”we decided to throw this surprise birthday party for our able and God- sent Boss because, often times, he surprises us beyond explanations with good things. He is our father in deed.”
