the Commissioner representing Ika ethnic nationality in the Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission (DESOPADEC), Mrs. Cordelia Anyangwu has visited the Obuh family over the demise of their mother, late Madam Maria Obuh, who died at the age of 103.
Anyangwu, during her condolence visit, encouraged the children and family of late Madam Maria to put their trust in God and keep hope alive that they would meet her again.
She empathized with the children for the loss of their mother and prayed to God to give them the fortitude to bear the irreplaceable loss. She also prayed to God to accept the soul of Mama and grant her eternal rest.
Dr. Moses Ihiemen, on behalf of the family, appreciated everyone for finding time to come and sympathise with them in their trying moments.
