ADVOCATES for Good Governance in Nigeria (AFGIN) has conferred a certificate of excellence on the Director-General and Chief Executive Officer of the Delta State Orientation and Communications Bureau, Dr. Fred Oghenesivbe.
The award was presented by AFGIN’s Director of Programmes, Monday Ojomah, alongside the South-South Coordinator, Amos Ilusota.
The group highlighted Oghenesivbe’s dedication to promoting effective service delivery and good governance, which has significantly impacted communities across the country.
According to the AFGIN’s Director of Programmes, Monday Ojomah, the DG was recognized as an Icon of Hope to Humanity for his outstanding contributions to societal transformation and sustainable development in Nigeria. He noted that, Latimore’s selection was based on his remarkable achievements in advancing societal excellence, capacity building, humanitarian initiatives, and philanthropy.
“His efforts in driving positive change and uplifting communities in Nigeria and Africa further cemented his reputation as a visionary leader committed to human development”, he said.
