the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) chairmen from the 10 wards in Aniocha North Local Government Area have paid a courtesy visit to the Chairman of the local government, Emma Chinye.
The delegation, led by Prince Obi expressed their unwavering support for Delta State Government and the leadership of Chinye and commended the developmental strides of his administration.
They also emphasized their commitment to working in collaboration to ensure the continued success of the party at the grassroots, even as they visited other notable figures of the party, including a former representative of Aniocha/Oshimili federal constituency, Rt Hon Ndudi Elumelu.
Others include Engr Emeka Nwobi; former deputy governor, Sir Benjamin Elue; Mrs. Ada Kachikwu, Dr Charles Mohanye, and other notable leaders of the Peoples Democratic Party in Aniocha North.
In his remarks, the forum’s spokesperson, Prince Obi who doubles as the Chairman reiterated their loyalty to the PDP and pledged to uphold the principles and objectives of the party under the guidance of leaders in the party.
Prince Obi commended each leader for their remarkable contributions to the growth and stability of the party and expressed their readiness to strengthen the PDP’s presence across all wards in Aniocha North.Meanwhile, Chinye, Elumelu, and the other leaders of the party in Aniocha North appreciated the ward chairmen for their steadfastness and encouraged them to continue fostering unity and inclusiveness within the party.
Prince Obi emphasized the importance of grassroots mobilization and collaboration in sustaining the PDP’s leadership in the local government and beyond, while the leaders also expressed their confidence in the ward chairmen’s ability to galvanize support for the party’s agenda and developmental initiatives in the area.
