Bayoko Urges Workers To Imbibe Core Values Of Yuletide

AS we celebrate Christmas today, Delta State Head of Service, Mr. Reginald Bayoko, has extended heartfelt Christmas greetings to the state’s workforce, urging them to embody the core values of the season which includes; love, compassion and selflessness.

In his Christmas message, Mr. Bayoko described the celebration as a testament to God’s infinite love, with the birth of Christ symbolizing hope, forgiveness, and salvation.

He encouraged public and civil servants to use the season as an opportunity for introspection, self-reflection, and personal growth.

“Christmas is a time to strengthen bonds with family, friends, and colleagues while fostering values that uplift society,” Bayoko remarked.

He highlighted the importance of generosity and kindness, especially in reaching out to those in need.

Bayoko expressed confidence that the festive season would inspire renewed vigor among the workforce for optimal service delivery.

The HoS also commended Governor Sheriff Oborevwori’s unwavering support, particularly the seamless implementation of the new minimum wage, which he described as a significant Christmas gift to workers.

“Governor Oborevwori’s commitment to fair compensation and professional development reflects exemplary leadership, and I encourage workers to reciprocate with innovation, dedication, and ethical conduct,” Bayoko stated.

Conveying his best wishes to the Governor, Deputy Governor, Sir Monday Onyeme, the leadership of the Legislature, Judiciary and the entire Delta workforce, Bayoko urged civil servants to embrace professionalism and hard work in the coming year.

In conclusion, he offered prayers for divine guidance and blessings for the state, its leadership, and its workforce, reaffirming his hope for a brighter and more prosperous future for all.
