IN a pursuit for greater stability and to further implement the Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori MORE Agenda, the Delta State Association of Local Government of Nigeria (ALGON) has constituted a leadership forum for the 25 Local Government Area in the state.
Hon Esiovwa gave the charge during the Inauguration/Constitution of the leaders Forum, held at the Exco Chamber of the ALGON Chairman’s Office in Orerokpe.
In his remarks, the State Chairman ALGON, and Chairman, Okpe Local Government Council Hon. Isaiah Esiovwa urged all leaders of the 25 Local Government Legislative Arm to synergise with relevant stakeholders of the 25 local government in actualing the MORE Agenda
Esiovwa conducted the election for various position, which the following leaders emerged: Coordinator/Leader Warri South West, Hon.Samuel Ekpemupo, Secretary Oshimili South Hon. Michael Okonji, Treasurer Ethiope East Hon. Emmanuel Emojeya, and PRO Isoko South Hon. Friday Abizire Other co-ordinations of various senatorial districts includes: The Coordinator Delta State, Warri South Hon. Joy Ejemudo, Coordinator Ika North East Hon. Engr. Dikenwosi Chukwuyen, and the Coordinator, Delta Central Uvwie Hon. Rire Uruesheyi.
In his acceptance speech, Hon. Ekpemupolo Samuel appreciated the ALGON Chairman and his colleagues for the opportunity given him to serve as coordinator/leader of the forum, he promised for smooth running of the forum in compliance with the MORE Agenda of the state.
