the Nigerian Union of Journalists (NUJ), The Pointer Chapel, led by Comrade Rosemary Nwaebuni, has extended heartfelt congratulations to Dr. Ebenezer Okorodudu on his recent election as the Publicity Secretary of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Delta State.
In a congratulatory message issued by the NUJ Pointer Chapel, the Union described Dr. Okorodudu’s appointment as “well-deserved” and praised his significant contributions to the field of communication within the state.
“Dr. Okorodudu’s election is a recognition of his dedication and professionalism. His transformative ideas and innovations at the Delta Printing and Publishing Corporation (DPPC) have set a high standard, and we are confident that he will bring the same level of excellence to his new role as Publicity Secretary of the PDP,” said Comrade Rosemary Nwaebuni, Chairperson of the NUJ Pointer Chapel.
The Union emphasized the importance of Dr. Okorodudu’s new position in strengthening the communication channels between the PDP and the mass media across Delta State, especially in an era where misinformation can easily spread.
“Misinformation often breeds falsehood, and it is crucial to have someone as capable as Dr. Okorodudu to ensure that the truth always prevails.
His expertise will be invaluable in maintaining accurate and clear communication between the party and the public,” Comrade Nwaebuni added.
Reflecting on Dr. Okorodudu’s past achievements, the Union expressed confidence in his ability to excel in his new capacity. “The transformative and innovative ideas that Dr. Okorodudu has brought to the DPPC are a testament to his ability to succeed in this new role. We are proud of his accomplishments and look forward to witnessing the positive impact he will undoubtedly make as Publicity Secretary,” the statement concluded.
Dr. Okorodudu’s election has been widely celebrated, with many expressing their optimism about the positive changes he is expected to bring to the PDP’s communication strategies in Delta State and further solidify the party’s presence and influence in Delta State
