The wife of the Delta State Governor and Founder, of You Matter Charity Foundation, Deaconess Tobore Oborevwori has put smiles on the faces of a couple, who gave birth to a set of quintuplets (three boys and two girls) in Ekurede-Itesikiri in Warri South.

Deaconess Tobore Oborevwori in the company of her You Matter Charity Foundation team, paid a surprise visit to the family of the quintuplets and presented a cash gift to the children.

The governor’s wife charged the parents of the quintuplets to raise the children in the fear of God and, maintain a hygienic environment to prevent diseases.

She promised continued support for the upkeep of the children and commended the Warri South Local Government Chairman for his prompt response to the plight of the couple.

Deaconess Oborevwori prayed to God to grant the family divine wisdom to raise the children and presented a dummy key to a new shop to the mother of the quintuplets.

According to the couple, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Agagbe, they had waited for the arrival of their children for many years before God remembered them with the children; Michael, Miracle, Mercy, Mavis, and Marvellous.

Some of the residents of Ekurede-Itsekiri expressed satisfaction with the governor’s wife’s visit, saying the birth of the five children was the first of its kind in the community and promised to continue to support the Governor Sheriff Oborevwori administration.

In a related development, the governor’s wife advised traders in the state to prioritise safety within the market environment.

Deaconess Oborevwori advised during the official commissioning of the reconstructed Nupe section of the Igbudu Market and the presentation of a ₦10 million revolving loan cheque to traders in Warri, Warri South Local Government Area.

According to Deaconess Oborevwori, the reconstruction of the Nupe section of the market was a milestone in the administration of the local Government.

She charged the traders to ensure that all electrical works were done by professionals and urged them to put the facilities to good use and work together to prevent future occurrences that may harm people or damage properties.

The governor’s wife commended the collaboration of the local government, chairman, market leaders, and all stakeholders who worked tirelessly to ensure the successful renovation of the burnt section of the market.

In his remarks, the Warri South Chairman, Isaac Agbateyiniro highlighted some of his achievements since he assumed office and appreciated Governor Oborevwori for the privilege of serving his people.

One of the beneficiaries expressed gratitude for the completion and handing over of the shops and prayed to God to prosper the present administration.

The highlight of the ceremony which attracted dignitaries including the Ovie of the Agbarah-Warri kingdom, HRM Ataneru Igbi, was the official commissioning of the facility by the governor’s wife.
