THE Delta State House of Assembly Member representing Isoko South Constituency 1, Hon Bino Owhede Obowomano, has congratulated Her Excellency, the first lady of Delta State, Deaconess (Mrs.) Tobore Oborevwori as she clocks 55.
The lawmaker described the first lady as a woman of virtue, beautifully calm, caring, and an icon of motherhood, adding that her counsel has always been a guide towards the right direction.
According to him, the first lady,over the years, has shown her resourceful nature and humane disposition to alleviate the plight of the less privileged in the society.
“We are not just celebrating you for the grace of attaining another added memorable milestone but for your resolute commitment, support and dedication to the success recorded so far by the State Governor, His Excellency, Rt. Hon Sheriff Oborevwori”.
