DTSG Through Commissioner for Science and Technology, Applauds Hulkma for Transformative Digital Skills Training

In a significant step towards empowering the youth with future-ready skills, the Delta State Government, through the Office of Science and Technology, extends its heartfelt appreciation to Hulkma and its visionary founder, Caleb Anyadike, for the successful completion of the Delta Digital Acquisition Training Program.

The intensive training initiative, which covered key digital disciplines such as UI/UX Design, Digital Marketing, Data Analysis, and Graphic Design, has positively impacted over 1,000 young Deltans, equipping them with the skills necessary to thrive in today’s digital economy.

Beyond knowledge sharing, the program provided essential tools to support participants on their journey. Beneficiaries received laptops, a one-year Figma subscription, a one year adobe subscription and other essential computer equipment, ensuring they have the resources to apply their newly acquired skills effectively.

Speaking at the closing ceremony, The Commissioner for Science and Technology Delta State Hon Dr. Odinigwe Odigie praised Hulkma’s commitment to digital empowerment.

“This initiative is a game-changer for our youth. Thanks to Hulkma and its founder, Caleb Anyadike, we are not just talking about digital transformation—we are actively making it happen. The skills and tools provided through this training will open doors to countless opportunities in tech and entrepreneurship for the Deltan youth.”

Founder Caleb Anyadike, known for his passion for innovation and youth empowerment, expressed his gratitude for the collaboration with the Delta State Government.

“At Hulkma, we believe that digital skills are the currency of the future. Seeing over 1,000 young minds equipped with these skills is not just fulfilling—it’s a step towards a stronger, tech-driven economy in Delta State and beyond.”

The impact of this initiative is expected to resonate far beyond the training, as participants leverage their new expertise to secure jobs, launch startups, and contribute to the digital economy. With partnerships like this, Delta State continues to solidify its position as a forward-thinking hub for technology and innovation.

The Delta Government, Hulkma, and other stakeholders remain committed to ensuring more youths have access to these opportunities, with discussions already in place for future training programs.
