- Says His Clean Records Are There For All To See

Delta State Commissioner for Works (Rural and Riverine), Mr. Charles Aniagwu says the integrity of former Governor Ifeanyi Okowa is intact despite his invitation by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
Aniagwu, who was former Information Commissioner under Governor Okowa in Delta State, said this yesterday, during a Channels Television Programme, ‘Politics Today’ monitored in Asaba.
While debunking the alleged N1.3trn mismanagement by the then Ifeanyi Okowa’s administration, Aniagwu said the infrastructural and human capital development projects and policies were there for all to see.
He pointed out that the allegations were mere ones that would come to nothing as the administration upheld accountability and transparency throughout the eight years in power.
Aniagwu said all the records are there for all to see, adding that the alleged ownership of some property by the former governor by the petitioners are not true, assuring that Senator Okowa has nothing to hide and had never indulged in corrupt dealings while governing the state.
In his words “The Okowa’s administration did well and Deltans are happy, Okowa will continue to enjoy the support of Deltans, the EFCC invitation was masterminded by detractors, Okowa will come out clean”, he said.
