The Chairman of Ughelli North Local Government Area, Olorogun Jaro Egbo and his wife, Vivian, and PDP chieftains in Ughelli North, yesterday, attended a thanksgiving service in honour of the immediate past PDP Chairman, Hon. Pastor Kesiena Nuomoja.
The event took place at Winners Chapel in Agbarho.
In his address, Egbo lauded Nuomoja for his dedication to the party, emphasizing his commitment to leadership inclusivity, diversity, and civic engagement. Egbo praised Nuomoja’s integrity, strong ethical principles, and clear vision for the future, highlighting his significant contributions during his tenure as PDP Chairman.
Egbo also commended Nuomoja’s strategic thinking, his ability to communicate ideas effectively, and his understanding of the diverse perspectives and needs within the community. Nuomoja recently handed over the party’s leadership to Comrade Lucky Ofomukoro, who was also present at the event.
Notable attendees at the thanksgiving service included the immediate past Chairman of Ughelli North, Hon. Chief Godwin Adode; Chief Press Secretary to the Chairman, Mr. Efe Ekete; Ughelli North local government party executive members led by Comrade Lucky Ofomukoro; Director of Information for Ughelli North LGA, Mrs. Anna Inana; Chief Fidelis; and (CSO) to the Ughelli North Council Chairman Mr. Godfrey Esiada, among others.
The event underscored the unity and commitment within the party as they continue to work towards the development of Ughelli North.
