Ezewu Distributes Palliatives to Women and Youths in Okpe LGA

Okpe Local Government Area witnessed a heartwarming celebration as the Delta State Commissioner for Secondary Education Mrs. Rose Ezewu extended a generous hand to the women and youths of the community by distributing palliatives as part of her Christmas gifts.

The event, held in a cheerful atmosphere, saw a large turnout of beneficiaries who expressed their gratitude for the thoughtful gesture.

The Commissioner in her address, emphasized the importance of unity and collective support for the state’s development initiatives under the leadership of the Governor. She urged the people of Okpe LGA to actively align themselves with the M.O.R.E. Agenda, a strategic framework aimed at fostering growth, equity, and sustainability in the state.

“The M.O.R.E. Agenda is a pathway to a brighter future for all of us. I encourage everyone to rally behind the Governor’s vision and work together to ensure its success,” Ezewu said.

The palliatives, which included essential food items, cash and other necessities, were distributed to help alleviate the challenges faced by families during the festive season.
