THE Morgan Charitable Foundation has again demonstrated its commitment to supporting education by distributing school materials to children as they resume the new academic year.
The foundation aims to provide essential items such as school bags, notebooks, pens, and other writing materials to students across various communities in Benin, Edo State.
According to the founder, Dr Philemon Adaghe, the distribution aims to ease the financial burden on parents and encourage children to stay in school. He emphasized that the effort is part of the foundation’s broader mission to promote education and empower young minds.
“We believe that every child deserves the tools necessary to succeed in school,” a spokesperson for the Morgan Charitable Foundation stated. “By providing these supplies, we hope to inspire students to focus on their studies and achieve their full potential.”
Dr Adaghe urged parents and guardians in Benin and its environs to encourage their children and wards to become beneficiaries of this initiative, as it provides access to school materials that some parents may not be able to afford.
He noted that this distribution effort reflects the foundation’s ongoing dedication to fostering educational development and supporting the next generation of leaders.
Dr Adaghe also applauded sponsors for their tremendous support and called on other prominent individuals to join in supporting the work of the foundation, noting that such contributions help put smiles on the faces of children and the vulnerable.
