Ireach Advises Land Owners To Fence Their Land

DELTA State Government has been enjoined to support private investors in housing development in order to attract the required socio-economic development in the nooks and crannies of the state The General Manager, Mr. Joshua Akpata gave the advice during the Ireach Limited Palmgrove Estate Phase Two Layout official allocation of lands to investors at Ashaba Okiti Land, Ubulu Okiti in Aniocha South Local Government Area, Delta State.

He noted that private investors were taking the lead in opening up of the remote areas of the state for real investors to come in, stressing that the state must encourage developers to achieve the overall development of infrastructures and manpower.

The General Manager commended Governor Sheriff Oborevwori for creating the enabling environment for local investors to develop and enjoin the state government to sustain its interest in community development.

Mr. Akpata, while presenting the original Deeds of Conveyance to over 50investors noted that Ireach Limited envisioned a future where every Nigerians could effortlessly realize their property ambitions, experience cutting-edge marketing strategies, and explore diverse investment opportunities.
