THE Resident Pastor of Living Faith Church (aka Winners Chapel), Ogbe-Ofu branch, Ogwashi-Uku, headquarters of Aniocha South Local Government Area of Delta State, Pastor Sunday Ejovi has said that for anybody to live a godly life, they must flee from evil deeds.
He said this during a sermon in the church at Ogwashi-Uku, Delta State.
Ejovi in a message with a theme “Godliness is profitable unto all things”, said Christians will gain a lot when they live a life of godliness.
Among numerous instances, he said that “anyone that dresses naked in a bill board is a Satan”, while he opined that such a person is committing fornication and has sinned against God, urging Christians to flee from evil.
Christians, according to him should keep godly company to enable them stay away from sin.
He said fleeing from sin would enable Christians please God and equally become what God wants them to be.
The servant of God said living a godly life secures answers to prayer, appealing to Christians to shun actions that will destroy their relationship with God.
