The Youth President of Urhobo Progress Union (UPU) Worldwide, Comrade Kelly Efemena Umukoro, yesterday, said the appointment of Olorogun Aruviere Martin Egharhevwa as the Honourable Federal Commissioner (Delta), Revenue Mobilization Allocation and Fiscal Commission (RMAFC) was a testament to his dedication, hard work and unwavering commitment to service.
Umukoro, in a congratulatory message made available to journalists in Asaba, the Delta State capital, noted that the appointment of a vibrant and capable youth such as Martin was a major plus to the commission.
