THE Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) councillorship aspirant, Ward 15 in Ika North East Local Government Area, Engr. Chukwuyem Dikewonosi has promised that he would contribute his quota to the development of Idumuesah community if elected in the July 13 council election. Dikewonosi gave the promise while fielding questions from journalists after he received the flag of the PDP from the party’s council chairman in Idumuesah.
While thanking God for the success of his party primary election, Dikewonosi said that if he is elected as the councillor representing the ward in Ika North East Legislative Chamber, he would ensure to use his position as a councillor to attract more development to his community.
According to him, only a vibrant and visionary aspirant and a youth like himself could work tirelessly to ensure that the growth and development of his community were achieved in the law-making process of the Council. While thanking the party leaders, people of Idumuesah Kingdom and the PDP supporters in the area for choosing him to carry the party’s flag, he assured that he would not betray the confidence reposed in him.
He used the medium to solicit the people’s support during the Local Government election by voting for him and the PDP during the polls as only their support would guarantee their maximum benefits from the state and local government.
