The Chairman of Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission DESOPADEC, Chief Obukohwo Nani has extended his warm felicitations to the Managing Director and CEO of DESOPADEC, Chief Festus Ochonoghor on his birthday.
He commended Chief Ochonoghor’s impactful leadership and dedication to service saying “Your sense of responsibility, character, and dedication to service has contributed significantly to the achievements of this board, and we are immensely proud of you.
Chief Nani joined the Board of DESOPADEC and oil- bearing communities to wish the Managing Director another of wisdom leadership and accomplishment.
