DELTA State Governor, Rt. Hon. (Elder) Sheriff Oborevwori has been described as a leader who has the interest of the entire state at heart.
The Commissioner, Directorate of Riverine Infrastructure Development (DRID), Chief Ebikeme Clark made the remark in a chat with newsmen in his office in Asaba.
Clark, while congratulating the Governor on his historic induction into the Urhobo Progress Union (UPU) Hall of Fame, said the Governor is a focused and committed leader, adding that the present administration will move the state to enviable height.
He said the achievements of the Governor so far indicates that he is out to change the face of Delta State. The Commissioner said the riverine communities would support Governor Oborevwori come 2027 to ensure more development.
He said the Governor has equally promised to develop the entire state, noting that Oborevwori is a detribalized leader.
Clark said the Governor ’s involvement of Julius Berger Construction Company in projects’ execution means he has high taste for quality jobs.
