OKERE Community Youths Executives has congratulated Comr. Emma Nunu on his appointment as the Secretary to Warri South Local Government (SLG).
This was made known in a press briefing by the leadership of Okere Community Youths, led by its Chairman, Comr. Kelvin Oludewa and Secretary Comr. Eboma Tuoyo, where they congratulated the new Secretary.
According to the youth body, Comr. Emma Nunu’s appointment was well-deserved.
The Youth Chairman of Okere Community Comr. Oludewa Kelvin in his statement at the Okere Community Town Hall, stated that “The appointment of Comr. Emma Nunu as the Secretary of Warri South is a well deserved appointment. It is a good thing that the Executive Chairman of Warri South Local Government Area Hon. Agbateyinro Weyinmi appointed Comr. Emma Nunu as the Secretary of the Local Government. As sons and daughters of Okere we are happy that one of our own is a Secretary of the Council”.
The Secretary, Comr. Tuoyo Eboma emphasized that Comr. Emma Nunu is competent and qualified for the appointment as the Secretary of the Local Government and it was highly commendable that the Executive Chairman of Warri South Local Government Area Hon. Agbateyinro Weyinmi was able to appoint Emma Nunu as Secretary of the Council because of his charismatic qualities, leadership prowess, confidentiality, intelligence, integrity and dedication.
According to Eboma “Nunu is competent and qualified as the Secretary of Warri South LGA. Any one antagonising his emergence as the Secretary of Warri South is doing that out of envy, jealousy and hatred. We are urging the general public to disregard any form of negative publicity or blackmail by some trouble makers who are bent on damaging peoples image. We will support his emergence as the Secretary of Warri South Local Government Area”, he said.
