THE immediate past leader of the Legislative Arm of Oshimili South Local Government, Hon. Michael Okonji has ascribed the developmental strides in the local government to good leadership.
Okonji, who made this known while speaking with our reporter in Asaba, said the first tenure of Kelvin Ezenyili brought more development to the local government area.
Okonji said he was not surprised when the people of Oshimili South clamoured for the chairman’s return to office.
Speaking, Okonji said he believed in the vision of Ezenyili to strengthen, attract development and also empower youths, men and women in the Local Government Area.
Expressing joy over the victory of Ezenyili at the recent polls, Okonji said having worked with the chairman in the past administration, the people should expect better representation from his leadership.
