DELTA State Commissioner for Information, Dr. Ifeanyi Michael Osuoza, has felicitated with the immediate past governor of the state, Senator Ifeanyi Okowa, CON as he clocks 65 years, yesterday.
The Commissioner in his birthday message said, ‘’Today marks another special day for us to joyfully celebrate you with deep and sincere appreciation, as you mark your 65th Birthday’’. Dr . Osuoza, while extolling the virtues of Dr. Okowa, said, ‘’Your quintessential leadership, characterized by an urbane personality, cerebral acumen, astute, visionary sagacity, all finely tempered with your calm, distinguished, charismatic simplicity, have etched your name in the pantheon of greatness and remained the beacon which has continued to guide and direct our political radar.
‘’We pray that God Almighty will continue to guide, protect and enlarge your coast with divine wisdom and blessings in the years ahead. “Congratulations once again on your 65th Birthday, Your Excellency. The best years are still ahead for you, Sir”, he added.
