THE Governor of the Rotary International District 9141, Rotarian Chinedu Ikegwuani has paid a courtesy visit to HRM Kingsley Orereh, the Ovie of Agbarha-Warri Kingdom.
The District Governor was accompanied on his visit to the palace of the Ovie of Agbarha Warri Kingdom by a delegation of Rotary leaders and other distinguished Rotarians.
In his address, the Agbarha-Warri monarch commended Ikegwuani for the visit and praised the Rotary Club of Edjeba for their impactful initiatives in his kingdom. He particularly commended the club’s recent efforts in reconstructing and beautifying the Edjeba roundabout, pledging support to future initiatives by the club.
Earlier, District Governor, Rtn. Chinedu Ikegwuani briefed the Royal Father on Rotary International’s vision and mission, encouraging him to lend his support to the organization’s endeavours in bringing succor to the underprivileged. Additionally, Ikegwuani extended an invitation to the monarch to join a Rotary club within his kingdom, highlighting the benefits of membership and the opportunity to contribute to the betterment of the community.
