THE Chairman of Senama family of Ekreseha quarters in Orhuwhorun Town, Stephen Omoko has debunked the alleged claim of installation of David Teberen as Senama family head.
Stephen Omoko told newsmen that Senama family of Ekreseha quarters in Orhuwhorun Community, Udu LGA of Delta State did not install Evang. David Teberen as Head/Eldest man of Senama family.
The Chairman of the family advised Ekreseha quarters and Orhuwhorun people to disregard the false claim of David Teberen as Head/ Eldest man of Senama family, dding that the Head/ Eldest man of Senama family Mr. Onamerehor Chavwuko as written by David Teberen in a suit OUCH/143/2017 is still alive.
The family alleged that David Teberen, who stood against the family in a litigation case in suit OUCH/20/2014 where he presented some exhibit against Senama family could not be made Head/ Eldest man of the family he once stood against.
Senama family also alleged that a man with a court case hanging on his neck in a suit FHC/ WR/42/2014 cannot be installed as Head/ Eldest man of the family.
The family allegedly said that as part of the reasons as to why David Teberen was purportedly laying claim to headship or eldest man of Senama family was to take Senama property in Akosa bush, same property he stood against in the court by joining the defendants selling same property to continue same trade on the family land.
In the same vein, Elder Ekresehaferere Robert Omoko, Elder Joshua Epue, Freeborn Teberen and Felix Teberen who are stakeholders in the Senama family frowned at the false claim of David Teberen’s installation as Head/Eldest man of Senama family, adding that Senama family cannot install him.
