THE Bishop of Heroes Family, Elvis Uto has said that serving God pays the most by attracting blessings.
He made the remarks during a service in the church in Asaba.
Uto said serving God in truth and in spirit would enable Christians achieve Heaven at the end of their sojourn on earth.
While saying that God is the embodiment of love, he opined that serving God also means affecting lives positively and attracting blessings.
Bishop Uto said one of the things that gives him joy is when people around him are joyful.
The cleric urged Christians to make serving and obeying God their lifestyle, saying that no one serving God faithfully goes empty.
He appealed to Christians to take evangelism seriously as it is a commission by Jesus Christ, adding that Christianity without evangelism is a waste of time.
The servant of God stressed that God showed man love by giving his only begotten son, Jesus Christ, hence Christians according to him should emulate Christ, love one another and be their brother’s keeper.
He urged Christians to live a life of righteousness, shun sin and be Christ like.
