Three Sons Of Native Doctor Murdered In Cold Blood In Anambra

By BETI ONU  /AWKA

THREE siblings, all male, who were children of a native doctor were killed weekend at their hometown in Nise community in Awka South Local Government Area of Anambra State.

It was learnt that the killers scaled the walls of the building to gain entry into the compound to carry out their plot, and subsequently left the compound unnoticed.

Reports indicate that the three young boys, aged between six and two years, were at their parents’ residence when an unidentified person or persons—though not clearly established at the time of this report—were found inside their father’s car, parked within the compound. The children had been murdered, with their mouths tied and their bodies found in pools of blood.

It was also gathered that their father, a young man in his early thirties, is a native doctor and a businessman. He typically locked the children inside the compound while he went for business, accompanied by their mother. He would return home to serve them a meal before heading back to his business after locking them up.

The father’s name has yet to be made public, but he was reported to have been having issues with some unconfirmed individuals. However, it cannot be determined if these conflicts led to the deaths of the three children.

The incident has been reported to the police in the area. When contacted, the Police Public Relations Officer, SP Tochikwu Ikenga, said that the report had not reached his office for comment but promised to provide a statement after being properly briefed.
