The Special Adviser to the President, Media and Publicity, Chief Ajuri Ngelale, said in a statement on Wednesday, that President Tinubu joined family, friends, and the people of Delta to celebrate Oborevwori on this special occasion.
“The President commends the governor for his pursuit of development-focused governance, particularly his prioritisation of education as a means of addressing fundamental societal challenges.

THE Deputy Governor of Delta State, Sir Monday Onyeme, felicitated with Governor Sheriff Oborevwori on the occasion of his 61st birthday anniversary.
Sir Onyeme, in a statement by Senior Special Assistant to the Governor of Delta State on Media, Comrade Fidelis Egugbo described Governor Oborevwori as a man who came prepared for governance. According to Onyeme, Rt. Hon. Oborevwori’s exciting leadership trait was identified right from his youthful age and such prepared him for the roles he is currently playing as the Governor of Delta State.
The Deputy Governor said, “Today, I celebrate a man who is a rare gift to Deltans and humanity, the Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, as he marks his 61st birthday anniversary.
“At 61, it is worthy to note that God has placed you in a position where you are managing the affairs of Deltans, a position he has prepared you for as the pioneer Chairman of Osubi Community, former Councilor who severally held political appointments before emerging as member of the Delta State House of Assembly where, again, you were elected as the Speaker from where Deltans, through their voter’s cards elected you as their Governor, our Governor.

The management and staff of the Directorate of Government House and Protocol, Asaba, on Wednesday, joined Deltans and other well-wishers to celebrate Governor Sheriff Oborevwori, as he marked his 61st birthday anniversary.
In a statement, signed by the Permanent Secretary, Government House, Victor Udi, the Directorate acknowledged Governor Oborevwori’s leadership style that has put the well-being of Deltans first and taken Delta to greater heights.

THE People’s Democratic Party (PDP) has congratulated Gov. Sheriff Oborevwori of Delta on his birth anniversary.
This was contained in a statement issued by its National Publicity Secretary, Mr. Debo Ologunagba, in Abuja on Wednesday.
The party described Oborevwori as a focused humble and visionary leader.
The main opposition party also said Oborevwori was as a man of integrity and a seasoned administrator.
According to PDP, the Delta governor has continued to demonstrate an incomparable commitment in ensuring the progress, well-being and development of Delta, the party and the nation.
The party added that when he was Speaker of the Delta House of Assembly and now democratically elected governor, Oborevwori was unwavering in his abiding love and selfless service to the people.
