THE Urhobo Youth Leaders’ Association (UYLA), has lauded the newly elected chairmen of the eight local government areas of Delta Central over their well-deserved victory at the July 13, 2024 local government elections conducted by the Delta State Independent Electoral Commission (DSIEC).
In a message by UYLA’s National President, Olorogun (Amb) Samuel Onoriode Oghotomo and National Secretary, Olorogun (Dr.) Augustine Ogheneovo Atiti described the victory as well deserved and thanked DSIEC for conducting a free and credible elections.
According to the statement, UYLA was confident that two of its former National Presidents, Hon (Chief) Vincent Oyibode (Udu) and Chief (Hon) Anthony Onoriode Ofoni (Uvwie) and others, Hon (Chief) Sir Isaiah Esiovwa (Okpe), Hon (Chief) Augustine Ogedegbe (Ethiope East), Hon Chris Onogba (Ethiope West), Hon Bright Abeke (Sapele), Hon (Chief) Jaro Egbo (Ughelli North) and Dr. Lucky Avweromre will take the MORE Agenda of Gov Sheriff Francis Orohwedor Oborevwori’s administration to the grassroots.
