Uzor Installed ‘Ike Obi’ Of Ubulubu Kingdom

THE Leader of the 8th Assembly in Aniocha North Local Government Area and Councilor representing Ward 3, Obamkpa/Orogodo, Hon. Raphael Babor Uzor has been installed as the ‘Ike Obi’ of Ubulubu kingdom.

The event was graced by the Vice Chairman of Aniocha North, Hon. Nneka Dibia, Comrade Emmanuel Edozie, deputy leader, Uzomah Iweka, members of the 8th Assembly, Clerk of the house, DPO Ayo Joseph, friends, well-wishers, among others.

Uzor was described as a strong pillar in community mobilization and has contributed immensely to the development of the Ubulubu community, hence His Majesty, Obi Charles Abiagom conferred on him the ‘Ike Obi’ title.

Obi Charles Abiagom conferred the title on the leader at his Palace in Ubulubu, Aniocha North Local Government Area as an appreciation for his uncommon love and services to the Ubulubu Community.

While fielding questions from newsmen, the newly installed Ike-Obi, Chief Raphael Uzor appreciated the Lord God Almighty for making the day possible, expressing gratitude to His Royal Majesty, Obi Charles Abiagom, Obi of Ubulubu, members of the Obi-in-Council and the entire people of Ubulubu for finding him worthy to be honoured with one of the highest Chieftaincy titles in the Community.

The leader appreciated the Chairman of Aniocha North Local Government Area, Hon. Emma Chinye and the Vice Chairman, Hon. Nneka Dibia as well as his colleagues’ and members of the Legislative Arm of the Local Government, for their show of love, concern, and support demonstrated on the course of the event.

Chief Uzor assured that the honour by the people of Ubulubu would spur him to continue to do more for the community and humanity in general.

Also, the Councilor representing Ward 6, Issele-Azagba, Hon. Peter Nwakwushe, extended his heartfelt congratulations to Hon. Uzor Raphael, the Leader of the 8th Assembly, Aniocha North Legislative Arm, on his well-deserved intallation as the Ike Obi of Ubulu-Ubulu Kingdom by His Royal Highness Obi Charles Abiagom.

Nwakwushe said it was a monumental achievement that reflected Uzor’s outstanding leadership, unwavering commitment to service, and his deep-rooted connection to the culture and heritage of the people.

He further reiterated that his coronation was a testament to the trust and admiration the people of Ubulu-Ubulu have in his capacity to lead with wisdom and integrity.
